“While the location's proximity to Disneyland Drop Off is a plus, reports of cleanliness issues, non-functional elevators, and broken air conditioning significantly detract from the experience; plumbing problems, including noisy pipes and instances of dirty water appearing in the sink and toilet, add to the concerns, and should be addressed. The lack of available staff for cleaning during stays and instances of guests being turned away due to reservation issues further compound these shortcomings. Overall, I think the management must address these problems promptly.”
